Summer is almost there! In summer we venture out; going places, seeing people, being active. It's the time of year most of us feel energized and are in doing modus. This makes it the more important to make time to get quiet and recharge. Soak up some energy by joining us during Night in the Woods. Take in a large amount of fresh air, a great dose of nature and surround yourself by open minded people during a day and night in the Dutch forest. Go back to the basics and nourish yourself with this energizing experience!
Imagine hiking for a day through the beautiful autumn colored forest, arriving at your destination in the woods and falling asleep in your sleeping bag between the trees. Waking up in the morning to the sounds of the birds and arriving daylight. Does this image make you curious? Excites you in a way?
During various points in our hike, we have a wide range of experiences for you and the rest of the group. Think of meditation, reflective exercises, breath work and qigong. You will walk away from a full day and night in the woods with renewed energy, and a clearer vision on what you need and what may no longer serve you. You will feel grounded by nature, grateful for the things you have and excited about the like-minded people you just met.
