Tune in. With nature, with yourself, your body and with a group of lovely, open-minded people, like you.


In the 3-day forest series, we look at the following three elements: nature, meditation and taking care of your body.

Three half-days of being outdoors in the Dutch forests where we combine meditative and physical exercises with contemplation.

Get acquainted with the way we work, the way we connect and the way we move through life.


If you join all three days you get a complete package with a taste of all of our most important elements. But you are also welcome to come for just one or two days (see schedule below).


For whom

Everyone interested in deepening their connection with themselves and their surroundings. Everyone curious to the way we work at TAO Trekking. 


Day 1: Saturday February 15 from 13:30 - 17:30

Day 2: Sunday June 28 from 13:30 - 17:30

Day 3: Sunday August 9 from 13:30 - 17:30

Doorn, Utrechtse Heuvelrug.

Group size

5 - 10 persons


75 euros for the three days, 30 euros per day.

This includes:

  •  Welcome with drinks and healthy snacks in Doorn

  •  Guided meditation and qigong practices

  •  Guided breathing exercises and cold exposure (day 2)

  •  A selected hike through the beautiful forest at National park De Utrechtse Heuvelrug

  •  Reflection, sharing and tips for at home


Dutch, unless we have non-Dutch speaking participants. In that case, we will switch to English.
